Q: I tried to download the 1003 Form to Point using the Netscape browswer, and I received this error:
"This page contains an ActiveX Control, which cannot be executed by Netscape!"
A: Use the Internet Explorer browser instead. Netscape cannot execute a page which contains an ActiveX Control.
Q: As I was entering information on the 1003 Form, using the Netscape browser, I forgot to enter some
information on the previous page.
I clicked on the Back button and received this error message:
"Data Missing. This document resulted from a POST operation and has expired from the cache. If you
wish you can repost the form data to re-create the document by pressing the reload button."
A: When entering information on the 1003 Form using the Netscape browser, it's best to not click on the
back button. Instead click on any of the links (Prev. Page, Next Page, Loan/Property Information,
Personal Information, etc.) to navigate around the application form.

Q: I logged in as a Dealer/Lender and it says I am not authorized to pull credit reports.
A: The Lender has to click on a bureau for the Dealer/Lender to pull credit report from.
